Youth Leadership & Business Summit 2023
Building skills, confidence and happiness.
The Youth Leadership & Business Summit is a one-of-a-kind event designed to inspire success for young people in all aspects of life – sharing ideas on leadership, entrepreneurship, effective communication, health and more. The program is designed to help them gain the confidence they need to create the life they want for themselves while having fun and connecting with like-minded peers.
The program strives to equip young people by teaching and sharing key skills that are not taught in school but are necessary for day-to-day life as a teen and onwards into adulthood – enabling them to maintain their well-being and embrace their own personal strengths.
The summit is held during the July school holidays and is a 5 day, 4 night residential program held on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, in Collaroy. This in-person event provides a fun holiday program with a full schedule of inspirational speakers, interactive sessions and activities.
Who can attend?
Anyone aged 14 – 17 is encouraged to apply to join the event as a participant – from anywhere in the world.
Our participants are supported by a dedicated team of adults & young people, including attendees from previous years who have returned to step up into leadership roles.
Attendants gain a wealth of skills, including…
Entrepreneurship and business
Financial literacy and wealth psychology
Community awareness and contribution
Health, wellness and mindfulness
State and emotion management
Self-worth and handing conflict
Participants from previous events saw a huge jump in confidence of their skills after taking part in the summit, with rankings of ‘extremely high’ tripling in many cases.
Below shows the proportion of participants who ranked themselves highly pre-event vs post-event across different areas.
The world has changed a lot since March 2020 and so our program has been redesigned with the current global conditions in mind. Young people will be joining us from across Australia (and the world)!
Our speakers have created customised sessions to address current issues that young people face on a day-to-day basis, helping them to navigate this new world.

Some words from previous participants…
I have so much more confidence in myself now and have so many more friends…[it’s an] inspirational summit that helps you believe in yourself and gives you leadership strategies to achieve the goals you want.
Since then my whole life has changed. I have the tools, resources and belief in myself to chase my dreams and turn them into reality.
[Magic Moments] shaped me as a person in that I find it easier to open up to others whilst balancing my strong leadership qualities and helping others do the same.
The summit taught me to correctly find my values and align myself with my values, it’s taught me to be grateful for any situation in life, good or bad. The knowledge gained from areas of leadership, gratitude, kindness, visualisation, self love and worth is priceless.
