What Is YLBS?
The Youth Leadership & Business Summit is Australia’s premier leadership event for young people.
Each year we bring 300 participants from around Australia & the World together for 5 days filled with content & experiential learning actvities delivered by speakers & facilitators from around the world (many of them young people themselves).
Our speakers deliver inspiring & engaging content that young people need to know. From sessions on entrepreneurship & money, to living a healthy lifestyle, effective communication and a range of leadership & teamwork skills & tools.
Who Can Attend?
Anyone aged 14-17 at the start of the Summit is encouraged to apply to join the event as a participant.
Our participants are supported by a dedicated team of adults & young people, including attendees from previous years who have returned to step up into leadership roles.

Why YLBS?
The Youth Leadership & Business Summit has been developed by the Magic Moments Fondation to provide our young people with the tools & strategies they need to succeed in an everchanging world.
Our goal is to provide content & education that is missing from traditional school curriculums yet is so integral to young people’s ability to grow & develop into the leaders of tomorrow.
We encourage all of our participants to return to their communities & schools & share what the’ve learnt. We also provide them with the opportunity to return to YLBS as a Graduate or Youth Coach in future years, to further their leadership skills and support future participants.

State & Emotion Management – Real life skills to support you in taking control of your emotions and managing your state for maximum performance.
Self Worth & Handing Conflict – Learn strategies for feeling comfortable with who you are and dealing with the everyday stressors of being a teenager in the online generation.
Event Details
Venue
The 2026 event will be held at PGL Campaspe Downs, located in Victoria’s scenic Macedon Ranges, just under an hour from Melbourne. Set on expansive bushland with a central lake, it provides a peaceful and inspiring setting for the week.
The address is easily reached by car or coach, with clear access via major roads and designated parking available onsite.

Registration begins at 10am on Day 1, with the event ending at approximately 3pm on Day 5.
Getting There
Coach transfers between Melbourne Airport and the PGL Campaspe Downs are available for $40.00 each way.
For transfers to and from the venue, information will be emailed to participants soon regarding flight times.
Transfers will also be available to Southern Cross Station in the Melbourne CBD.
Information for Parents
We’re committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for our participants, which is why we have a large team of coaches and crew onsite throughout the entire event. All volunteers hold valid Working with Children Checks and have also undergone National Police Checks as part of our commitment to child safety. In addition, they complete our internal child safety training and many bring extensive experience from the teaching, coaching, and youth support sectors.

Youth Leadership & Business Summit is an all inclusive program, and your ticket includes all accommodation, meals and event materials.

Amanda Marshall
Co Founder of Youth Engagement Project
Amanda Marshall is an authentic and values-driven international speaker, known for her powerful presence and ability to connect deeply with young audiences. With a background in education and leadership, she creates meaningful spaces where young people feel seen, heard and inspired.
As Co-Founder of the Youth Engagement Project, Amanda brings years of experience in facilitation, coaching and youth development. Her sessions empower young people to break through barriers, lead with purpose, and unlock their full potential—personally, professionally and within their communities.
Lexy Mcdonald
Founder of HerHelp
Lexy is a passionate young entrepreneur and mental health advocate who created the HerHelp app at just 17, turning her personal experiences with bullying into a global platform for change. Today, HerHelp is a multi-million dollar company supporting thousands of users worldwide with resources ranging from dance workouts to financial education.
Lexy’s mission is to make mental health and wellness support accessible to everyone, breaking down stigma and encouraging others to create the change they wish to see. She is the current WA Young Person of the Year for Innovation, a 2023 TEDx Speaker, and a recipient of the prestigious Princess Diana Award. When she’s not building her app, Lexy is actively involved in her community, working to normalise good mental health and empower others to step into their best selves.
Wil Massara
Founder of Youth Leadership Academy Australia
Wil Massara is a social entrepreneur and youth advocate who first attended the Magic Moments Youth Leadership & Business Summit at just 14 years old. That experience sparked his journey into leadership — and today, he returns as a keynote speaker and the CEO of Youth Leadership Academy Australia (YLAA), an organisation that has empowered over 50,000 students across 1,500+ schools nationwide.
Wil is passionate about making leadership more accessible for young people. Through his work, he equips teens with the confidence, tools and mindset to lead with purpose and create real change in their communities. His journey is a powerful example of what’s possible when young people are given the opportunity to grow, lead and believe in their potential.
Marilou Combe
Youth Mentor, Coach & Mindfulness Educator
Marilou Coombe is a youth mentor, educator and coach with a background in teaching, wellbeing and mindfulness. She works with young people to build emotional resilience, improve self-awareness and develop practical tools for navigating everyday challenges.
Through her work in schools and with youth organisations, Marilou has helped hundreds of teens feel more confident, supported and capable. At the summit, her sessions focus on mindset, emotional regulation and self-leadership — equipping young people to better understand themselves and show up with confidence in their communities, families and future goals.
